The Role
What you'll own.
As Clinic Director, you'll have full ownership of your program's clinical, operational, and financial performance. You're the CEO of your clinic.
- Oversee daily operations of a physical therapy program
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a team of 5–15 physical therapists
- Manage clinic P&L, budgets, and growth targets
- Build relationships with physicians and hospital administration
- Drive patient outcomes and satisfaction metrics
- Implement quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
