About the Role
Anderson Clinic Physical Therapy is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our integrated, physician-aligned outpatient team in Annandale, VA. This is more than a PT role - it is an opportunity to practice at the top of your license within a collaborative orthopedic environment where clinical excellence, access, and outcomes matter. Our therapists work side-by-side with orthopedic specialists and have direct access to referral sources, imaging, patient records, and interdisciplinary collaboration, allowing for streamlined care, strong outcomes, and a truly patient-centered experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver hands-on manual therapy and evidence-based interventions
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercise and functional mobility training
- Design and educate patients on individualized home exercise programs
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently
- Ensure continuity of care through discharge planning and follow-up recommendations
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active, unencumbered Virginia Physical Therapy license
- New grads welcome! (Open to pending licensure and candidates sitting for boards within 6 months)
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Passion for orthopedic and functional rehabilitation
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
